How to Install Ticket Spam Checker#

This guide outlines the steps required to install and configure the Ticket Spam Checker module within your WHMCS system.

📦 Installation#

1. Download the Module#

You can obtain the module files from either of the following trusted sources:
From WHMCS Marketplace:
Download Ticket Spam Checker
From Ricardoneud.com:
Download Ticket Spam Checker

2. Install the Module#

Upload and unzip the downloaded module into the following directory:
/whmcs_root/modules/addons
For example:
/var/www/whmcs/modules/addons/ticketspamchecker

3. Activate the Module#

Log in to your WHMCS Admin Area
Navigate to:
https://yourwhmcsurl.tld/admin/configaddonmods.php
Locate Ticket Spam Checker
Click Activate
Then click Configure

4. Configure the Settings#

Provide the required configuration parameters:

Admin pathEnter your WHMCS admin path (e.g. admin if your admin area is accessed via https://yourwhmcsurl.tld/admin). If your admin area is customized (e.g. dashboard), enter that value instead.
Access ControlSelect which admin role groups are permitted to access the module (e.g. Full Administrator, Sales Operator, Support Operator)

5. Access the Module Dashboard#

Once configured, access the module dashboard via:
/admin/addonmodules.php?module=ticketspamchecker
From the module interface, you can:
Open the Ticket Spam Checker dashboard
Review reports
Manage spam settings
Adjust detection preferences
