  • You can manage your subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices directly through our customer dashboard, giving you full control over your billing preferences.
  • Invoices are available both in the dashboard and sent via email for every transaction. This ensures that you always have easy access to your billing records, whether you prefer to view them online or keep them in your inbox.

Subscription Management

  • You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account dashboard.
  • All plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle to ensure a smooth transition without interruptions.
  • If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur afterward.
  • Failed payments will trigger automated reminders, and your subscription will remain active for a grace period before any service interruptions occur.

Currency and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in your selected currency, and taxes (including VAT, where applicable) are automatically calculated based on your billing address.
  • Tax information will be clearly shown on each invoice.

Refund Policy
