You can manage your subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices directly through our customer dashboard, giving you full control over your billing preferences.
Invoices are available both in the dashboard and sent via email for every transaction. This ensures that you always have easy access to your billing records, whether you prefer to view them online or keep them in your inbox.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account dashboard.
All plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, unless you are upgrading, in which case the upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing (see below).
If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur afterward.
Failed payments will trigger automated reminders, and your subscription will remain active for a grace period before any service interruptions occur.
Upgrades take effect immediately. To show our appreciation for your loyalty, you are only charged for the remaining difference between your current plan and the new plan.
For example, if you are on the Premium plan at 6/monthandchoosetoupgradeto∗∗Enterprise∗∗at11/month two days into your billing cycle, you will only pay the prorated difference for the remaining time of your current subscription.
Additionally, your remaining subscription time is carried over, and you receive one extra month of the new plan on top of the prorated period.
This ensures a fair and seamless transition to your new plan at any point during your billing cycle.
All prices are displayed in your selected currency, and taxes (including VAT, where applicable) are automatically calculated based on your billing address.
Tax information will be clearly shown on each invoice.
We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Eligible refunds are processed promptly, typically appearing on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
