Get DNS Information

This documentation helps you retrieve DNS information by providing the domain. The response will include the DNS type, IP address, and status.

You can retrieve DNS details associated with a domain by making a request to the following API endpoint:

GET https://api.ricardoneud.com/v1/tools/dnscheck

Request Headers:

Record-TypestringThe type of DNS record you want to retrieve (e.g., A, MX)

The following DNS record types are supported by the API:

  • A: IPv4 address record
  • AAAA: IPv6 address record
  • MX: Mail exchange record
  • NS: Name server record
  • PTR: Pointer record
  • CNAME: Canonical name record
  • SOA: Start of authority record
  • TXT: Text record
  • SRV: Service record

Fields in the Response:

  • domain_or_ip: The domain or IP address associated with the DNS record.
  • dns_type: The type of DNS record (e.g., A, MX).
  • status: The resolution status of the DNS record (e.g., resolved, unresolved).
